After finishing uni I fell in love with motion
While being in uni I had already used Maya, but wanted to try something different. Therefore I was able to get a months trial of Cinema4D. My plan was to incorporate everything I had learned in my months trial with other work I have produced. However after using it for a couple of weeks I saw my designs improve massively so I started my project again. Bellow is 2 of my favourite designs.
this was going to be the ending scene
I wasn't completely happy with how this looked but as it was my first try I was happy with the outcome.
This was my final piece of work that i was able to produce
I wanted to challenge myself on this one, I wanted to have a bubble come up from the ground and collide with objects that were in its path. I mainly focused on physics to help me figure out how it should be done and how it should look. I also wanted to take a deeper look at the materials for the objects. Overall I am very happy with this design.
For now I have decided that my showreel is on hold.
After a couple of months of trying different 3D softwares and not being able to produce the quality of work I was able to on Cinema4D. I decided the best thing to do was expand my skills in a field of design that I enjoy but haven't produced much work for.
